2.Non-returnable items
For food safety reasons, returns are not accepted in the following situations:

• Products that have been opened or used
• Products beyond the return deadline
• Products that are not satisfactory due to personal taste preferences

Return Process

1. Please contact us within 7 days after receiving the product.

3. We will review your return and refund application within 2 business days
4. After the review is approved, we will provide a return address and instructions.
5. The refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be returned to the original payment method.
